How do I place an order?

What material is used?
The material used is exactly the same as what is used to manufacture the original items and, depending on the product, is mainly a combination of coated canvas and leather.

How authentic is the look of your products compared with the original?
Our products are nearly identical in every way. We are proud of our quality and you will be too. You can read more about our products here .

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Most of the orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. For more information about shipping, please see our shipping page here .

What if I need to change my order?
There is no problem to change your order before it ships. Please contact us as soon as possible. For more information about our exchange and return policies, please click here

Do the items come with all case?
Yes. The shoes come with original box, size label and authenticity (retro) cards. The bags come with dustproof bag, authenticity cards, serial numbers and care booklets. We will pack the items as a gift in a plain brown box for protection.

Are the pictures on your site the real items that I will receive?
Yes, all the pictures you see were taken by us before we listed it for sale on our website.

Do you have a bulk order program?
