We realize that the buying process is not complete until the customer is satisfied enough to recommend us and our products to their friends and family.

We offer a comprehensive return policy that guarantees your satisfaction.

We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

 

      ●Shipping errors

      ●Damaged goods

      ●Goods loss

 

In order to return your products, send an e-mail to sales@shoppingair.com and we will forward a return address. Your order must be returned, at your own expense, within 7 days of receipt, in unused condition, and with all tags attached. We will not accept orders that are returned to sender. Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for exchange. Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
